JSL strives to keep the information accurate and up to date but does not guarantee it is error-free; savings estimates, prices and grants are indicative and non-binding.

2. Privacy policy (GDPR)

What data do we process and why? We process the data you voluntarily provide via the contact form (name, email, phone, message and language) or when you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp. The purpose is to handle your enquiry, prepare the requested quote and, where applicable, manage grants. No automated decisions or profiling are made.

Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

Recipients and processors: the contact form is processed through the Web3Forms service, which receives the message and forwards it to our email; it acts as a data processor. If you write to us via WhatsApp, that processing is also governed by Meta Platforms' terms. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where legally required.

Retention: we keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and thereafter for the applicable legal periods (tax and commercial). Once no longer needed, it is deleted.

Your rights: you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@jslmallorca.com, stating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe your request has not been properly handled, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.

3. Cookie policy

This website does not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. It only uses the browser's local storage (localStorage) to remember the language you choose (ES/EN/DE); this stays on your device and is not sent to third parties.

To understand how the site is used we rely on Cloudflare Web Analytics, an aggregated, anonymous metrics tool that uses no cookies, does not identify visitors and does not follow you across other websites.

The site's fonts (General Sans and Switzer) are self-hosted on our own server; they are not loaded from external providers, so your IP address is not shared with any third party to serve the fonts.

4. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless consumer regulations provide otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of Palma de Mallorca.
