We are Joaquín and Juan, two partners installing in Mallorca since 1998, and a small team where everyone knows each other by name. We are not a big company: here the person who writes the quote is the one who climbs onto the roof. We are looking for specialists in electrical work, plumbing, air conditioning and heat pumps, solar PV and underfloor heating who want to work that way.

How we work
A family atmosphere, not a big company
Three people, one van per job and decisions taken on the spot, on site. This is what you will find.
Genuinely varied work
Repairs, new installations, registration and villa maintenance. One week it is a heat pump in Llucmajor, the next a switchboard in Palma or solar panels with batteries in Santanyí. Nobody gets bored.
Proper brands and tools
We fit Daitsu and Daikin for air conditioning and heat pumps, DAB for pumping and Huawei for solar PV and batteries. With our own tools and equipment: if a lift is needed, we hire one.
Hours that are kept
Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:00. Visits are grouped by area so nobody crosses Mallorca twice in one day, and the afternoons are yours.

What kind of profile is JSL Mallorca looking for?
Skilled tradespeople with real on-site experience in one of our trades: low-voltage electrical work (boards, circuits, CIE certificates), plumbing and pumps, air conditioning and heat pumps, solar PV and batteries, or underfloor heating. We have been installing in Mallorca since 1998 and mostly fit Daitsu, Daikin, DAB and Huawei. Two trades are better than one: in a Mallorca villa the same day can involve the switchboard, the pool pump and a split unit.
Do I need an installer licence to work with you?
It counts for a lot, but it is not a closed door. JSL is an authorised low-voltage electrical installer (REBT) and a RITE-registered heating and cooling installer, listed in the REA (Register of Accredited Companies) under no. 04/01/0010572, and certificates are signed by the company. If you hold a low-voltage installer licence, a RITE licence or an F-gas handling certificate, say so in your CV; if you do not but you know the job, send it anyway.
Where and when do you work?
We leave from Palma and work all over Mallorca: Calvià, Andratx, Llucmajor, Campos, Santanyí, Manacor, Marratxí… Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:00, and visits are grouped by area so nobody crosses the island twice in one day.
What happens after I send my CV?
