New installation or a full re-pipe: cold and hot water pipes, DHW, drains and connecting the kitchen, bathrooms and appliances. We size it so you've got the right flow and pressure at every tap at once, not just one.
We do the interior plumbing of bathrooms and kitchens: shower trays, sanitaryware, sinks and taps, plus the machine room that houses the heater, tanks, pressure set and manifolds. We fit Roca (sanitaryware and shower trays), Galindo and Hansgrohe/AXOR taps and Geberit and TECE cisterns and concealed systems.
If you're short on pressure or you've got a borehole, well or tank, we fit the right pressure set or water pump, submersibles included. We work with Ebara, DAB and Grundfos pumps — that's what we put in every day.
In Mallorca the water is usually very hard: limescale clogs the pipes and ruins taps and heaters. A properly sized water softener — we fit Kinetico (Premier Plus and Compact) and BWT units — protects the whole installation, and with a Kinetico K10 reverse-osmosis unit you also get top-quality drinking water.
Finding and fixing leaks and faults, changing taps and sorting your hot water. For DHW, where it fits, we recommend aerothermal heat pumps: it's the most efficient way to have hot water.
