We install the charging point for your electric car across the whole municipality of Llucmajor: the town, the residential estates of Badia Gran, Badia Blava, Maioris, Puig de Ros or Cala Pi, the apartment buildings of s'Arenal and the fincas of the Marina. We are a licensed low-voltage electrical installer.

Your area
Llucmajor is the largest municipality in Mallorca by area and it shows in the cars: people here clock up the kilometres. And charging in a block in s'Arenal is not the same as charging at a house on an estate or at a finca in the Marina where the grid is a long way off.
In Badia Gran, Badia Blava, Maioris, Puig de Ros, Vallgornera or Cala Pi the detached house with its own parking predominates, often owned by people who spend part of the year here. The charger hangs off an additional circuit from the home's consumer unit and is left programmed and controllable from your phone, so it works the same when you are here and when you are away.
In s'Arenal there are buildings with a shared garage. An individual space only requires you to notify the owners' community of the installation (art. 17.5 of Spain's Horizontal Property Act) and the line runs from your meter. If the building is made up of apartments that are let, a secondary meter shows what each space has used.
In the town, a ground-floor garage and a short line. At the scattered fincas, sometimes with an off-grid installation of panels and batteries, the charger is calculated on real production: ITC-BT-52 lets the designer define the scheme when there is a renewable source with storage.
Where you save
Those who drive a lot of kilometres notice the saving of charging at home and off-peak sooner. The off-peak period of the 2.0TD access tariff runs from midnight to 8 am and takes up weekends and national public holidays in full (CNMC Circular 3/2020). At 7.4 kW, every hour plugged in is 30 to 40 km.
In a seasonal home, the saving is in not paying for extra power all year round for a car that charges for a few weeks: the charger with dynamic load management adapts to the power you already have.
And in the south of the island there is sun to spare: with panels, the car parked at midday charges on the surplus.
Rules and grants
The part you cannot see is what makes the installation legal and safe: a circuit just for the car, its circuit breaker, a 30 mA type A RCD for each point and protection against temporary and transient overvoltages (ITC-BT-52). If the charger is outdoors, an IP5X and IK10 enclosure and 0.6/1 kV cable. We certify it and register it with the Balearic industry department.
Grant: FACTOR 2026 covers 70% of the charging point, capped at €2,500 per installation for individuals. Applicants must be domiciled in the Balearic Islands, so for a seasonal home on one of the estates we check first. MOVES III, the previous scheme, has been closed since 31 December 2025.

How we work
Send us a photo of your consumer unit, another of where the car parks and your electricity contract. With that we can see which connection scheme applies, how much power fits and which way the cable runs.
A dedicated circuit with its own circuit breaker, its 30 mA RCD and the overvoltage protection that ITC-BT-52 asks for, and the charger set to your contracted power.
We sign the electrical installation certificate and register it with the Balearic industry department. We hand over the documentation and, with your authorisation, file the grant that is open at the time.

Common questions
Yes, and it is the most common case on the Llucmajor estates. The charger is left programmed for the 2.0TD off-peak period, midnight to 8 am and weekends, and is controlled from your phone. With dynamic load management there is no need to contract more power for the whole year: the unit measures consumption and regulates.
To notify the owners' community beforehand, under article 17.5 of Spain's Horizontal Property Act; a vote by the owners' meeting is not needed. The line runs from your meter in the meter room (scheme 2 of ITC-BT-52) or from a new meter (scheme 3), with its own 30 mA RCD. In s'Arenal we prepare the notice and the report for you.
Yes, if it is calculated properly. ITC-BT-52 states that, when the charging is fed from a renewable source with storage, the designer specifies the electrical scheme. At a finca in the Marina with panels and batteries we limit the current (from 10 A, 2,300 W) and the charging is done while the sun is out.
ITC-BT-52 requires a dedicated circuit, overcurrent protection, a 30 mA type A RCD per connection point and protection against temporary and transient overvoltages. Outdoors, IP5X and IK10 ratings. As a licensed low-voltage electrical installer we certify it and register it with the Balearic industry department.
The Balearic Government's FACTOR 2026 call covers 70% of a private charging point of up to 15 kW with a type 2 connector, capped at €2,500 per installation for individuals. It requires you to be domiciled in the Balearic Islands and is open until 28 February 2027 while funds last. MOVES III has been closed since 31 December 2025.
Quality
We work with every charger brand; for example, Wallbox, ORBIS Viaris, Simon or the Tesla Wall Connector. What matters is that the unit measures the home's consumption and regulates the charge, not the logo.
