We install the charger for your electric car at detached and terraced houses in Es Pla de na Tesa, Sa Cabana, Es Figueral or Cas Capità and at homes in Pòrtol and Sa Cabaneta. We are a licensed low-voltage electrical installer: dedicated line, protections and registered certificate.

Your area
Marratxí is a municipality of single-family homes where many people work in Palma. The car is out all day and comes back in the evening, just when the cooker, the air conditioning and the washing machine go on. The charger has to wait its turn, and the installation is designed with that in mind.
It is the simplest case in ITC-BT-52: an additional circuit just for the car from the home's consumer unit (scheme 4), with its own circuit breaker, its 30 mA RCD and its overvoltage protection. The cable run is usually short and there is no owners' community to notify.
In developments with a shared basement the space is yours, but the garage belongs to everyone. That is where article 17.5 of Spain's Horizontal Property Act applies: notifying the owners' community beforehand is enough, and the line runs from your meter. We prepare the notice and the cable-route report for you.
Many have a garage on the ground floor and electrics that are getting on in years. Before hanging the charger we look at the consumer unit and the individual supply line: the regulation obliges us to check that the home's line can take the house and the car added together.
Where you save
The car that gets back at seven does not need to charge at seven. On the 2.0TD access tariff the off-peak period runs from midnight to 8 am Monday to Friday, and lasts all of Saturday, Sunday and national public holidays (CNMC Circular 3/2020). In those eight hours, a wallbox rated at 7.4 kW delivers up to about 59 kWh: a good deal more than a daily commute uses.
The 2.0TD tariff also lets you contract two powers: one for the peak and mid-peak hours and another for the off-peak. Raising only the off-peak one is the way to charge flat out in the small hours without paying for more power during the day.
And if there are panels, at the weekend the car is at home at midday: the charger makes use of the solar surplus.
Rules and grants
Power: in a single-phase home the charging circuit cannot exceed 9,200 W (ITC-BT-52); the usual figures are 7,360 W at 32 A or 3,680 W at 16 A. The connector is type 2. We sign the electrical installation certificate and register it with the Balearic industry department.
Grant and income tax: with FACTOR 2026 the Balearic government covers 70% of the charging point, capped at €2,500 per installation for individuals, and the deadline is 28 February 2027. What you pay yourself can also go towards the 15% Spanish income tax (IRPF) deduction (maximum base of €4,000 a year), provided the installation is finished in 2026 and you pay by bank.

How we work
Send us a photo of your consumer unit, another of where the car parks and your electricity contract. With that we can see which connection scheme applies, how much power fits and which way the cable runs.
A dedicated circuit with its own circuit breaker, its 30 mA RCD and the overvoltage protection that ITC-BT-52 asks for, and the charger set to your contracted power.
We sign the electrical installation certificate and register it with the Balearic industry department. We hand over the documentation and, with your authorisation, file the grant that is open at the time.

Common questions
With a wallbox rated at 7.4 kW (32 A single-phase) the car recovers 30 to 40 km of range per hour. In the eight hours of the 2.0TD off-peak period, midnight to 8 am, up to about 59 kWh go in. With 3.7 kW (16 A) it is up to 29 kWh, which comfortably covers a day's return trip from Marratxí to Palma.
Not necessarily. The 2.0TD tariff has two contracted powers, one for peak and mid-peak and another for off-peak (CNMC Circular 3/2020): you can raise only the off-peak one. In addition, the charger with dynamic load management turns the charge down if the oven or the air conditioning comes on in your Marratxí home.
Yes. Article 17.5 of Spain's Horizontal Property Act only asks for prior notice to the owners' community for a private charging point in an individual space; the cost and the consumption are yours. The line runs from your meter (scheme 2 of ITC-BT-52) and in an existing garage no engineering project is needed.
A dedicated circuit from the consumer unit, which ITC-BT-25 calls C13, with a 32 A circuit breaker for 7.4 kW, a 30 mA type A RCD and protection against temporary and transient overvoltages. In houses in Pòrtol or Sa Cabaneta, in Marratxí, we first check that the individual supply line can take the combined load.
FACTOR 2026, from the Balearic Government, covers 70% of the cost of a private charging point of up to 15 kW, capped at €2,500 per installation for individuals, until 28 February 2027 or until the funds run out. On your Spanish income tax (IRPF) return there is also a 15% deduction on a maximum base of €4,000, for installations finished in 2026.
Quality
We work with every charger brand; for example, Wallbox, ORBIS Viaris, Simon or the Tesla Wall Connector. What matters is that the unit measures the home's consumption and regulates the charge, not the logo.

Send us a photo of the consumer unit and tell us where you park: we will reply with the power that fits.
