We install the charger for your electric car in Pollença: garages in the town, villas in the Port and in Cala Sant Vicenç and fincas in Colonya or Ternelles. We are a licensed low-voltage electrical installer: line, protections, certificate and grant paperwork.

Your area
Pollença has two realities five kilometres apart: the town, tucked between the mountains and the Calvari, and the coast of the Port and Cala Sant Vicenç, open to the north. For a charger that comes down to one very simple question: where the car spends the night.
A private charging point needs a place of your own that your installation can reach: a garage, a courtyard or a parking space. In the houses of the centre with a ground-floor garage the line is short and runs from the home's consumer unit. If you park in the street, we talk it through: the answer may be a rented space with its own supply.
At the villas on the coast the car usually stays outside, under a porch or beside the wall. With the tramuntana wind and salt air the unit has to be outdoor-rated: ITC-BT-52 asks for IP5X, IK10 impact resistance, protection against corrosion and 0.6/1 kV cable. We also look for the wall sheltered from the north wind.
At the fincas the parking is a long way from the house, and the cable run is half the job. We calculate the cable size for voltage drop, the line goes underground and, if the finca has panels, the car charges on the surplus. For a house off the grid, the designer defines the scheme, as the regulation allows.
Where you save
The saving starts with getting the power right. On single-phase, the charging circuit can be 16 A (3,680 W) or 32 A (7,360 W); the first needs less cable, fewer protections and less contracted power, and in the eight hours of the off-peak period it delivers up to about 29 kWh. For many uses that is enough.
The 2.0TD off-peak period runs from midnight to 8 am and takes up weekends and national public holidays in full (CNMC Circular 3/2020): the charger is programmed for those hours.
And in a house with panels, the kWh that goes into the car at midday is not subject to the limit on surplus compensation in RD 244/2019.
Rules and grants
Connector and power: between 3.7 and 22 kW, ITC-BT-52 asks for the point to have a type 2 socket or connector, the one European cars use. If the charging installation is outdoors and exceeds 10 kW, ITC-BT-04 requires an engineering project and, with it, an initial inspection. A domestic point of 7.4 kW goes with a technical report and a certificate, which we register with the Balearic industry department.
Grant: the FACTOR 2026 call covers 70% of the cost of the charging point, capped at €2,500 per installation for individuals, and stays open until 28 February 2027 or until the funds run out. Because the call is for points of up to 15 kW, a 7.4 kW home charger fits squarely.

How we work
Send us a photo of your consumer unit, another of where the car parks and your electricity contract. With that we can see which connection scheme applies, how much power fits and which way the cable runs.
A dedicated circuit with its own circuit breaker, its 30 mA RCD and the overvoltage protection that ITC-BT-52 asks for, and the charger set to your contracted power.
We sign the electrical installation certificate and register it with the Balearic industry department. We hand over the documentation and, with your authorisation, file the grant that is open at the time.

Common questions
A private charging point needs parking of your own that your electrical installation can reach: a garage, a courtyard or a space with a supply. Spain's Horizontal Property Act (art. 17.5) makes it easier in individual garage spaces. If you park in the street in the centre of Pollença, we look with you at whether there is a space nearby where it can be done.
An outdoor one, well positioned. Outdoors ITC-BT-52 requires an IP5X rating, IK10 impact resistance, protection against corrosion and watertight conduits (IPX4). In Port de Pollença and in Cala Sant Vicenç we fit it on the wall sheltered from the north and with stainless-steel fixings.
No, but it has to be calculated. The longer the run, the larger the cable has to be so that the voltage drop stays within what the low-voltage regulations allow. At the fincas of Colonya or Ternelles the line is buried in a trench, with 0.6/1 kV cable, and the charger has its own 30 mA RCD.
For a domestic point of 7.4 kW, no: the technical design report and the installation certificate are enough. ITC-BT-04 asks for a project if the charging exceeds 50 kW, if it is outdoors and exceeds 10 kW or if it is DC charging. That is why, at a villa in the Port with the car outside, the power is chosen with this in mind.
The Balearic Government's FACTOR 2026 call covers 70% of a private charging point of up to 15 kW, capped at €2,500 per installation for individuals, until 28 February 2027 or until the funds run out. It requires you to be domiciled in the Balearic Islands: if your house in Pollença is a holiday home, we check it first.
Quality
We work with every charger brand; for example, Wallbox, ORBIS Viaris, Simon or the Tesla Wall Connector. What matters is that the unit measures the home's consumption and regulates the charge, not the logo.

Tell us where the car parks and send us a photo of the consumer unit: we will tell you which way the line would run.
