The house with the oil tank in the garden

An old boiler, a tank taking up space in the garden and oil bills that climb every winter. It all comes out and an aerothermal plant room goes in, giving heating, cooling and hot water to the whole house, carried out and legalised by us. The second home used now and then

Four or five units fitted in different years, each with its own remote, noise on the façade and none of them heating properly in January. With one heat pump and ducts or underfloor heating everything is unified: one installation, one temperature and one bill, programmed and monitored from your phone.

It is the most repeated complaint in houses with a garden: the pool is cold in May and by September nobody fancies it. Heating it with the same heat pump stretches the season by several months for far less than a dedicated boiler costs, and the property ends up with a better energy rating too.
