We install a heat pump for heating, air conditioning and hot water, and if you have a pool we heat that too. We leave it controllable from your phone for those who spend stretches away.
Can the heat pump also heat my pool?
Yes. The same heat pump that climate-controls the house can warm the pool water and stretch the swimming season. In a development villa or a country home with a pool it's one of the most appreciated extras, and combined with solar panels it costs very little.
I currently heat with oil or bottled gas, is it hard to switch to a heat pump?
No, we do it often in Llucmajor. We remove the oil boiler or the gas bottles and fit the heat pump, reusing the underfloor heating or radiators you already have where possible. You get rid of refills and storing fuel, and move to a cleaner system that's far cheaper.
