We're Joaquín and Juan, and in Calvià we fit them in every kind of home: a villa or chalet in Bendinat or Portals, an apartment in Santa Ponsa or a village house in Es Capdellà. One single heat pump gives you heating, air conditioning and hot water —and if you've got a pool, it heats that too— and you're done with oil. RITE-certified company: from the survey to the legalisation and the grants, it's all on us. No subcontractors. We speak English.

Your municipality
Calvià is one of the municipalities where a heat pump makes the most sense in Mallorca, and you find every kind of home here: from a villa or chalet in Bendinat, Portals Nous or Costa d'en Blanes with a pool and high consumption, to an apartment in Santa Ponsa or Peguera and a village house in Calvià vila or Es Capdellà. Every home is different, but most share one thing: an oil boiler or an electric setup that costs a fortune. That's exactly where a properly sized heat pump turns the bill around.
It's what we get asked for most in Calvià: a single heat pump that gives you heating, air conditioning and hot water and that also warms the pool to stretch the swimming season. Heating a pool with oil or an electric element is one of the biggest bill-killers around here; with a heat pump —and even more so if we add solar panels— you keep it comfortable for a fraction of what you used to pay.
Calvià is full of second homes: owners who spend spring and summer here and the rest of the year are in Germany, the UK or Scandinavia. We leave the heat pump programmed and controlled from your phone: anti-freeze protection in winter, hot water and climate ready for when you land, and low consumption while the house is shut. You see it from your country and we see it from Mallorca.
From Illetes to Portals by way of Costa d'en Blanes, a good share of the homes sit right by the water, and salt air doesn't forgive. So we're careful where we place the outdoor unit —so the sea breeze doesn't hit it head-on—, mount it on a properly finished base and check it at the annual service. It's a small detail on fitting day and a big headache you avoid for the whole life of the unit.

We come to your property in Calvià, look at what you have now (oil, electric…), the pool and your heating, cooling and hot-water needs. We calculate the savings and the grants. Free and with no obligation.
We fit the heat pump, the underfloor heating or emitters and the pool circuit if you want it, with no subcontractors, and legalise the installation with the authority under RITE.
We prepare and file the grant application (FACTOR 2026) and the IRPF deduction. You sign and start saving from day one.
Straight talk
We're Joaquín and Juan, and in Calvià we keep seeing the same three scenes. Here they are, plainly, so you can tell whether your case looks like one of them.
We turn up at a house in Bendinat or El Toro and find an oil tank buried in the garden and a huge boiler that swallows a lorry-load of fuel every winter. We take all of that out, fit the heat pump and, where we can, reuse the underfloor heating or the radiators already there. No more oil smell, no more refills, no more dread when the bill lands. The house ends up cleaner, cheaper and with a better energy rating.
In Santa Ponsa and Portals there are loads of heated pools, almost always warmed by a system that cost a fortune. When we put in a heat pump for the pool —and add solar— the owner stretches the swimming season from March to November without watching the meter in fear. It's one of the changes people are most grateful for.
Plenty of Calvià homes —chalets and apartments alike— sit empty for half the year. A heat pump is ideal for that: we leave it with anti-freeze protection, programmed so the hot water and climate are ready the day you land, and monitored from your phone. If something isn't right, you see it in Munich or London and we see it here. Nobody discovers in May that something stopped working in February.

Yes, and it's one of the most common requests here. The same heat pump that climate-controls the house can warm the pool water to stretch the swimming season. In Calvià, where heating a pool with oil or an electric element eats the bill, switching to a heat pump —and even better with solar panels— gives you a comfortable pool for a fraction of what you used to pay.
Yes, if it's designed for that use. In Santa Ponsa or Peguera we fit a lot of homes that run from May to September, and a heat pump is perfect: it gives you the summer air conditioning and hot water on very little, and we leave it programmed so the house is comfortable when you arrive. If you close it up for half the year, we add anti-freeze protection and you control it from your phone.
It can, if it's installed with that in mind. On the seafront we choose the position so the salt spray doesn't hit it head-on, mount it on a properly finished base and check it at the annual service. Plenty of the villas in Costa d'en Blanes and Portals sit right by the water and have run for years without trouble; the trick is not to improvise the placement.
No, we do it constantly in Calvià. We remove the boiler and the oil tank and fit the heat pump, reusing the underfloor heating or the radiators you already have where possible. You get rid of the smell, the tank and the oil deliveries, and move to a cleaner system that's far cheaper to run.
It's the smart move, especially in a Calvià home with high consumption. The heat pump runs on electricity and the solar panels give it to you free from the western sun, so you end up heating the house and the pool for a fraction of what you pay now. We design both systems together so they work in sync.
Yes. Heat pumps qualify for the FACTOR 2026 call from the Balearic Government (up to 70% of the cost for individuals, open since July 2026) and for the income-tax (IRPF) deduction for improving your home's efficiency. We prepare and file all the documentation; you just sign. The award is up to the authorities, but the work of applying is on us.
