Heat pumps in Manacor,
from the town to Porto Cristo.

We're Joaquín and Juan, and in Manacor we fit them in everything: a town house in Manacor, a second home in Porto Cristo or Cala Murada, a country home inland. One single heat pump gives you heating, air conditioning and hot water —and if you've got a pool, it heats that too— and you're done with oil. In fact, one of our aerothermal underfloor-heating jobs is right in Porto Cristo. RITE-certified company: from the survey to the legalisation and the grants, it's all on us. No subcontractors. Your municipality

Heat pumps for your home in Manacor

Manacor has it all: the large town with its traditional houses, the coast of Porto Cristo, s'Illot, Cala Anguila and Cala Murada full of second homes, and the country homes inland. A heat pump fits them all, and we've got track record here: one of our aerothermal underfloor-heating jobs is right in Porto Cristo.

Porto Cristo and the coast: seasonal comfort, no surprises

In Porto Cristo, s'Illot or Cala Murada it's villas and apartments used as second homes. We fit a heat pump for heating, cooling and hot water, heat the pool if there is one, and leave it programmed and controllable from your phone for those who come seasonally. You arrive and the house is ready; while you're away, it barely uses anything.

Town houses in Manacor

In Manacor town we solve the traditional house with a quiet, discreet system: we remove the oil boiler, fit the heat pump and, if there's a refurbishment, underfloor heating. The house gains stable comfort all year without losing its character.

Country homes inland, where there's no gas

On the country plots of the municipality, off the gas grid, a heat pump replaces oil or bottled gas and, with the available roof and land, pairs beautifully with solar panels to climate-control at almost no cost.

What we run into in Manacor every week

We're Joaquín and Juan, and in Manacor three scenes keep coming up. Here they are, plainly, in case yours looks like one of them.

The Porto Cristo job: one system for the whole house

In a home in Porto Cristo we built an aerothermal plant room with underfloor heating, cooling and hot water for the whole house. A single system replaced the boiler, the water heater and the air conditioner, all carried out and legalised by us. It's the kind of installation we do in the area —you can see it in our heat pumps guide.

The second home used now and then

Plenty of villas in Cala Murada or s'Illot are used in summer and over long weekends. A heat pump is ideal: we leave it programmed and monitored from the phone, with the pool heated and the hot water ready on arrival, and minimal consumption while the house is shut.

The town house still running on oil

In Manacor town, a house with an old, expensive oil boiler. We take out the tank and the boiler, fit the heat pump reusing the existing emitters and leave the home cleaner, cheaper to run and with a better energy rating. No more building work than necessary.

Answered

Common questions about heat pumps in Manacor

Do you have real heat pump installations around Manacor?

Yes. One of our reference projects is a home in Porto Cristo (Manacor) with an aerothermal plant room, underfloor heating, cooling and hot water for the whole house, carried out and legalised by us. It's a good example of what we install in the area: a single system replacing the boiler, the water heater and the air conditioner.

My second home in Porto Cristo or Cala Murada is only used seasonally, is a heat pump worth it?

Yes, if it's designed for that use. There are a lot of second homes on the Manacor coast. A heat pump gives you the summer air conditioning and hot water on little, and we leave it programmed and controllable from your phone so the house is ready when you arrive. If you close it part of the year, we add anti-freeze protection.

Can the heat pump also heat my pool?

Yes. The same heat pump that climate-controls the house can warm the pool water and stretch the swimming season, very common in the villas of Porto Cristo and Cala Murada. Combined with solar panels it costs very little.

I have a town house in Manacor with an oil boiler, is it hard to switch to a heat pump?

No, we do it often. We remove the oil boiler and fit the heat pump, reusing the underfloor heating or existing radiators where possible. In a town house we leave the system quiet and discreet, you get rid of the tank and the refills, and move to something cleaner and far cheaper.

Can I combine the heat pump with solar panels?

Yes, it's the best combination. The heat pump runs on electricity and the solar panels give it to you free from the sun, so you climate-control the house and the pool for very little electricity. We design both systems together so they work in sync.

Do you handle the grant paperwork?

Yes. Heat pumps qualify for the FACTOR 2026 call from the Balearic Government (up to 70% of the cost for individuals, open since July 2026) and for the income-tax (IRPF) deduction for improving your home's efficiency. We prepare and file all the documentation; you just sign. The award is up to the authorities, but the work of applying is on us.
