We're Joaquín and Juan, and in Santanyí we fit heat pumps in marès houses in the town, country fincas and villas in Cala Figuera, Cala Santanyí and Es Llombards. One single heat pump gives you heating, underfloor heating, hot water and cooling, replaces oil and bottled gas and is controlled from your phone. RITE-certified company: from the survey to the legalisation and the grants, it's all on us. No subcontractors. We speak English.

Your area
Santanyí is a town of golden marès stone and houses full of character: refurbished old quarters, country fincas and villas in the southern coves —Cala Figuera, Cala Santanyí, Es Llombards, Calonge and s'Alqueria Blanca— with many German and Scandinavian owners. Many of these houses are stuck with oil or bottled-gas heating, or no decent heating at all. A heat pump is a perfect fit for that profile. (If your villa with a pool is in Cala d'Or, that area has its own page.)
Many marès houses in the old town were refurbished without heating to match and feel cold in winter. With a heat pump we give you heating, hot water and cooling well distributed, and if the refurbishment allows it we fit underfloor heating, which warms evenly, at low temperature and with no radiators on show: ideal in a village house with high ceilings.
We remove the oil boiler —with its tank, its refills and its fumes— or the bottled-gas heater and put in a single heat pump that gives heating, hot water (DHW) and cooling on electricity. Fewer breakdowns, no fuel in the house and a noticeably lower bill, especially if you pair it with solar panels to draw on your own sun.
In the villas of Cala Figuera, Cala Santanyí and Es Llombards, the same heat pump gives cooling in summer and plenty of hot water all year, from a single unit. For a holiday rental it's perfect: comfort all year in the quiet south, fewer breakdowns and remote control between stays. If you want to understand the technology in depth and the Daitsu 3-pipe Multi-Hybrid, we explain it in our heat pumps in Mallorca guide.

Straight talk
We're Joaquín and Juan, and in Santanyí three scenes keep coming up. Here they are, plainly, in case yours looks like one of them.
A marès house in the old town, lovely on the outside but freezing in winter, with loose heaters and an old water tank. We fitted a heat pump with underfloor heating while it was being refurbished: even warmth, no radiators on show and low temperature. The house is finally a joy in winter too.
A country finca with an oil boiler, a buried tank and refills every so often. We took all that out and put in a heat pump with solar panels. No more fumes and no more oil lorries, and the bill is nothing like it was.
A holiday rental villa with old splits and an electric water heater that kept playing up. We brought it all together into a single machine: warmth in winter, cooling in summer and plenty of hot water, with remote control between guests. Fewer breakdowns and happy guests all year.

That's exactly what people in the Santanyí old town call us for most. Many marès houses were refurbished without decent heating and feel cold in winter. With an air-source heat pump we give you heating, hot water and cooling well distributed throughout the house, and if the refurbishment allows it we fit underfloor heating, which is the most comfortable choice in a village house with high ceilings.
Yes, it's one of the most common changes we do in Santanyí. We remove the oil boiler or the bottled-gas heater —with its tank, its refills and its fumes— and put in a single heat pump that gives heating, hot water and cooling on electricity. Fewer breakdowns, no fuel in the house and a noticeably lower bill, especially if you pair it with solar panels.
If you're refurbishing, underfloor heating with a heat pump is the best combination: it warms evenly, with no radiators on show and at low temperature, just what a marès house calls for. In summer the same circuit can cool. We assess it according to the state of the house and, if it isn't suitable, we propose fan coils or low-temperature radiators.
Yes. The same heat pump that heats in winter cools in summer, so your guests are comfortable all year with a single unit. For a holiday rental it's ideal: one machine, fewer breakdowns, plenty of hot water and the option to control it remotely between stays. And it adds up as a sustainability selling point when advertising the house.
Yes. We assist you in Spanish, English and German and explain everything in your language. Heat pumps qualify for the FACTOR 2026 call from the Balearic Government (up to 70% of the cost for individuals, open since July 2026) and for the income-tax (IRPF) deduction, plus the IBI rebate from the Ajuntament de Santanyí; we prepare and file the documentation for you. The award is up to the authorities, but the work of applying is on us.
